Onigiri Koririn draws its cultural roots from the Japanese fairytale of the rolling rice ball, symbolizing the values of honesty and harmony.
Founders Yuta and Cristina created Kororin with the vision of bringing authentic Japanese cuisine to Chicago. The brandβs creative concept and storytelling blend three pillars: celebrating culture, offering practicality, and evoking memories through food.
