I had the opportunity to create the voice for this internal marketing campaign for the legal team at British American Tobacco Mexico.

The creative concept:
We embrace the idea that true impact stems from working toward excellence and having the courage to confront challenges head-on. Inspired by the insight that without fire leaving a mark is nearly impossible, we recognize the necessity of passion, discomfort, and effort in provoking change and making history. We ensure that our mark is not just a fleeting moment, but a testament to our enduring commitment. With this concept, we invite everyone to make their mark on BAT, fueled by passion and a relentless pursuit of greatness.

Without fire, leaving a mark is almost impossible. No one provokes change without discomfort, nor becomes historic without passion. No one has a presence without strength and determination, and there is no lasting impression without effort. We are people with initiative, who are not afraid of a challenge. We are a team that moves together towards one goal, where each action sets off a chain reaction of transformation. Because we are the ones who care, who protect, and who keep us afloat.
For us, it is not the recognition that defines us, but the mark we leave upon the world. We understand that we canβt leave a mark without fire, so we push through it together towards our shared goal: to be remembered for our unwavering commitment to keep the fire going.
